Q: When will my photos be online?
A: We typically have our photos posted by the morning after the event. We work late into the night on weekends to process photos from those days, as those are the busiest times for youth sports. Please note that in certain situations it may take up to 48 hours after the event before the photos are live.

Q: How can I pay for my photos?
A: We currently accept credit cards (Visa & MasterCard), PayPal, and personal checks.

Q: How do you protect the privacy of those you photograph?
A: We are extremely careful about the privacy of those in our photographs. Every game we cover is protected on our website by an invitation code (password). Unlike many other photography groups, you cannot access any photos without this code. We also do not release any digital files. For more information, please read our privacy policy.

Q: How much does it cost for you to come & take photos at my child’s event?
A: Nothing! We shoot for free and offer our prints for sale.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Your photos will generally be shipped about one week after your order has been confirmed. Note that during the peak seasons this processing time may be longer due to the high volumes of orders.

Q: Many action photographers won’t cover games at night or inside. Can you cover these events?
A: Absolutely. Our professional equipment allows us to shoot action in low-light settings.

Q: How long will my photos stay on the website?
A: All photos will be available for 1 month after the date of the event and/or the last game of the season.

Q: Do you crop or edit the photos before printing?
A: Each photo is edited individually before printing to provide optimum clarity and color. Every photo will be as crisp and vivid as possible. Because of the various different size prints we offer, cropping is usually necessary. We crop each photo to accentuate the subject and the action while retaining important elements in the surrounding environment.

Q: What if I want to return my photos?
A: Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. You certainly will not regret purchasing a photo of your child! However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us for a full refund or exchange.

Q: What type of events do you cover?
A: Although we specialize in sports photography, we are flexible and have experience in a variety of different areas. Please don’t hesitate to contact us and we can discuss your project.

Q: Where do you operate? Can you travel to photograph my game?
A: Dazzle Photography is based in Somerset County, NJ and serves the greater north-central New Jersey area. If you’re not sure if we can make your event, simply contact us and we’ll let you know!

Q: Do you sell or release digital files?
A: No. We take the privacy of our customers and copyright protection very seriously and therefore have made it a strict company policy to protect all of our digital files.

Q: I want to make a DVD slideshow for the end-of-season banquet. How can I do this?
A: We will create the DVD slideshow for you, which includes a DVD menu and music playing behind the photos. Contact us to discuss your project. As mentioned above, we cannot release digital files to add to your own slideshow.
